Flu- an acute highly contagious viral disease.
Although the flu is often confused with the common cold, it is in fact a more impactfull pathogen.
The flu is normally contracted 1-4 days after exposure and symptoms may include; muscle ache, headache, loss of appetite, fever, chills, fatigue, sore throat, runny nose, cough, weakness, and can include nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea (often known as stomach flu).
Symptoms may last from 5 days up to 2 weeks.
